Lobon Amapola is a lovely townhouse set in tropical gardens with direct access to the beach. There are two designer shaped pools shared by about 28 properties so it never gets too busy. The nearest pool is only 5 metres from your private patio. There is also a children’s pool making this the perfect family getaway. The vibrant Port of Estepona is only 1.5km away and is filled with lively bars and restaurants. The beach is even closer - in fact just at the bottom of the garden!

Estepona is a perfect family holiday destination with magnificent beaches, fantastic restaurants and outstanding facilities for watersports and golf. A place you will want to return to time and time again!

All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The bright living/dining room opens directly onto your private terrace overlooking the pool. For your entertainment there is a TV, SKY satellite system with a free to view pack (BBC1, BBC2 ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news etc) and DVD-player. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. The washing machine is located downstairs.

The bedrooms are situated on the upper 2 floors; the first floor has the master bedroom and the twin bedroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin. Located next to the twin bedroom is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin. On the top floor there is a double bedroom with a private balcony to the front and rear of the property. The front balcony has lovely sea views and overlooks the well maintained gardens and the pool.

Fantastic pool and direct access to the beach

The lounge has French windows which lead directly onto your private terrace that overlooks the pool and tropical gardens. Four sun beds are provided for you to relax in and there is a table for six with shade and a BBQ. This is the perfect place for you to enjoy a long, leisurely lunch and a quiet drink ... while keeping an eye on the children splashing around in the pool just a few yards away.

If you fancy a stroll why not wander down to the end of the garden to have a dip in the Mediterranean.

Perfect for the Bucket and Spade Bigade

The beach near townhouse Labon, Estepona

With the beach so close to Lobon Beach you may not want to wander too far. Enjoy a sun kissed day on the beach splashing in the waves and in the evening why not take a leisurely stroll enjoying the warmth of the Spanish summer watching the sun go down.

A short walk just around the corner you will find el Cristo beach with two beach bars. This lovely sandy beach is perfect for young children (see our beach guide). If you carry on walking along here you will find Estepona Port with it's large selection of bars and restaurants.

If you have had enough of the beach for one day, the ‘Pueblo’ of Estepona has managed to keep its Spanish feel of white houses and cobbled streets and is well worth an explore. The Ice cream parlour ‘Café del Centro’ between Plaza Flores and calle Terazas has proved popular with my family. Slightly further away is Gibraltar, 30 min by car, some of my favourite attractions are the famous Barbary apes that live on the rock and the amazing St. Michael’s caves, just don’t forget your passport.
