On arrival you will enter Villa Sotogrande into the vaulted hallway. To the right is the main sitting room ... a light & airy room furnished to a very high standard with sumptuous sofas, a 42'' flat screen TV, DVD player and a full SKY Plus digital satellite system (movies & sport included). From the sitting room you can step out into a beautiful private courtyard filled with Mediterranean plants.
Down a flight of stairs from the hallway is a stunning Moroccan styled dining room which has been hand painted by a locally based artist. Next to the dining room you will find the large stylish ‘chefs’ kitchen. The kitchen has been fitted to the highest of specifications with electric oven, microwave/oven/grill, designer ceramic hobs, a stainless steel Smeg fridge freeze, dishwasher, coffee machine, intercom system for the main gate … and a 6 seater breakfast table. Also on this floor is the maids utility room which is equipped with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a sink and 2 extra fridge freezers.
The kitchen opens onto the second lounge, which is equipped with another 42'' flat screen TV, DVD and a full SKY digital satellite system (movies & sport included). There is also an extensive collection of books, dvd’s, videos and games for you to enjoy. The far side of this second lounge opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs, a perfect to enjoy your morning coffee.

From the kitchen, up 2 flights of stairs, you will find a twin bedroom suitable for children and a large double bedroom. This double bedroom overlooks the pool and to the rear of the room French doors open onto a lovely private terrace overlooking the courtyard. This room has a ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath twin sinks & wc and a separate walk-in shower.
Back down one flight of stairs you will find the second twin bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower, wc and sink. This room overlooks the courtyard and has French doors giving direct access. Also on this floor is the third twin bedroom and a double bedroom. The twin bedroom has access to the large front terrace overlooking the pool. These rooms share a walk-in shower, wc and sink that is situated between both bedrooms giving shared access to an ensuite.
The master suite is the last, but certainly not the least, of the bedrooms on this floor. It is impressive with both style and facilities decorated in fresh, crisp whites. This suite in the first section boasts a large dressing room and double walk-in shower with coloured lights set in the floor. Next is the free standing bath, double vanity unit and a separate wc. Archways on either side of this room lead to the bedroom area with a super king size bed. This master suite has been elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated. French doors to one side of the room lead to the courtyard and on the other directly to a large private terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a 'hidden' door leading to the main sitting room.

There are many outdoor areas to enjoy at Villa Sotogrande. The large upper terrace overlooks the pool and is a perfect place to enjoy some privacy, read a good book or just soak up some Spanish sunshine.
The courtyard is surrounded by exotic plants and has scattered seating areas ... a very peaceful place to relax. The courtyard can be accessed from the top sitting room, master bedroom and the single bedroom.
The beautiful floodlit pool (12m x 6m) is heated and has been designed with wide Roman type steps and seating shelves set into the deep end. The casita contains an outdoor bar with a fridge, sink and dishwasher. The shaded outdoor dining area has a table that seats 10 and a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the hot balmy summer evenings whist enjoying your fresh Mediterranean feast cooked on the gas BBQ.
