We regret the owner has requested no children between 1 and 11.

All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests (regret no children): pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

You enter this ground floor apartment into a large hallway; to the left through an archway you will find the elegant lounge richly furnished with an eclectic mix of fascinating antiques, Venetian chandeliers and quality modern furniture. The large corner sofa is perfect for comfort and for your entertainment the lounge has been equipped with a 40'' flat screen TV, DVD and a SKY satellite free to view (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc). The property also benefits from Wi-Fi ADSL Internet (bring your own computer).
The elegant dining table seats 8 and overlooks the well-maintained gardens at the Belgravia Club. There are French door that open onto the communal gardens, four personal sun beds are provided. Please note: this property does not have a terrace.
The guest bedroom (above top) has a fabulousl wooden Venitian style king size bed with high quality linen. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin. The guest bedroom is air conditioned & has a wall mounted flat screen TV.

The large shared pool is set in pretty lawned gardens and has sun lounges available for you to use. There are lots of areas to sunbathe or relax in the shade undeone of the mature trees enjoying a good book or afternoon siesta. There is also an impressive poolside Andalucian style bbq (shared with other guests at the Belgravia Club) which is a perfect place to enjoy an outdoor dining experiance. Or if you would rather enjoy the golden sands and the inviting waters of the Mediterranean then El Cristo beach is only 300m away.
The beach and Marina are only a short walk away.
El Cristo beach is only 300m from the Belgravia Club. This lovely sheltered cove is perfect for children, and there are also two new beach chiringitos that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood. This is a great place to enjoy your lunch or an early evening cocktail watching the sun go down.
The lovely marina is a perfect place to enjoy a stroll admiring the boats or enjoying a cool drink while watching the world go by. There is a large selection of local and international restaurants to choose from. There is also a craft market every Sunday morning with all the usual and some unusual and interesting items.
The 'old town' of Estepona is an enjoyable 15-minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo; here you will find a lovely long stretch of golden sand peppered with chirringitos and many street cafes & Tapas bars down some charming narrow cobbled streets that are more used to horses than cars!
