All the above rates are for a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Tastefully decorated with style and comfort
Belk Air is set on 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find the well equipped kitchen with electric ceramic hobs (stove tops) and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge & freezer, coffee maker, toaster etc. Opposite the kitchen is a cloakroom with a wc and basin. The open-plan lounge and dining room has been stylishly decorated in creams and browns with a splash of deep red. There is a home entertainment system with a Samsung LCD flat screen TV and a SKY satellite system with free to view (limited channels, BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news), DVD player and a cd/radio. The lounge opens directly on to the private terrace and pool.
The first floor has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both air-conditioned, the double room has a small private balcony facing the front of the house. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with air conditioning and a private balcony that overlooks the pool. This room also benefits from an ensuite bathroom, which has a bath with the shower over, wc and basin.
On the top floor there is a further bedroom air conditioned with two single beds & an ensuite walk-in shower room. This room has it's own private terrace that overlooks the pool & is complete with a table
& chairs.

The lounge leads directly onto a patio with a beautiful private pool, six comfortable sun lounges are provided. Here you will also find a shaded dining area, with a sun awning, that seats up to eight and a poolside barbecue ... a perfect place to slow down and dine those lovely Spanish evenings away.
Note: 6 comfortable sunbeds are available at Bel Air.
Ideally situated to cater for most peoples interests
The beach 'Playa el Saladillo' is less than 5 minutes by car. This is a lovely long, wide beach that doesn't get to over crowded in the high season. There are two beach restaurants 'La Antigua' and 'Pepe's Beach' which also hire sun beds & parasols. The Caledonian Hotel is only a couple of minutes walk and has a good restaurant and night entertainment for all ages.
The Gourmet village of Benahavis is only 15 mins by car and has the highest concentration of high class restaurants in the region and draws many visitors who come simply to savour the fantastic cuisine. This delightful mountain village has remained remarkably unspoilt and stands at an elevation of 500 metres above sea level. It is reached by driving 7 kilometres inland from the N340 coast road, through the Guadalmina gorge up into the hills.
There are more than 30 excellent golf courses on the Costa del Sol and many well known courses are close by ... Monte Mayor, Flamingos, El Paraiso, Guadalmina to name a few.
If you yearn for the night life, the jet set resort of Puerto Banus near Marbella is only 10 mins by car. If you feel like treating yourself the Selenza Thalasso Wellness Hotel is a 10 minute walk or just a few minutes in the car away from Bel Air and offers a spa and many personalised treatments.
