If you have a quality villa, finca or apartment in the Estepona area (San Pedro to Sotogrande) & are interested in renting for short term holiday rentals then you have come to the right place ... we care about our properties & we care about our guests.

Initially we would arrange to view your property after which we will then be able to put together a proposal. This would detail how many weeks we estimate your property would rent for & how much income you can expect; we try to be as realistic as possible ... no surprises! We can supply the services of our own maids, cleaners, gardeners & pool maintenance but we are also equally happy to use any existing people you may already employ. We have a full time representative that deals with all guest related queries & a maintenance team on 24 hour call out.

We currently operate two web sites, one for the area around Mijas Pueblo & another for Estepona ... in Mijas we have approx. 50 properties ... in Estepona only around 15 but we are now actively looking to expand in this area. Over the next few years our aim is to build up our Estepona portfolio, we do not expect to exceed 50 properties .... by remaining at this level we feel that we can give good occupancy to our owners and a good personal service to our guests.
